Pwede po ba bumili ng badge on site sa show

Yes, typically badges are available the same day of the show.

What is the best time of day to avoid waiting in line for a badge?

Mornings are the busiest time in Registration and at the Deaf Services and Disabled Services desks. A couple of hours after the Exhibit Hall opens, the wait time improves. The later in the day you come, the shorter the wait will be. However, you will miss more of the event.

May badge na ako. Saan po ba ako pupunta para kumuha ng ADA sticker

ADA stickers will be available early in the morning outside Lobby C before the lobby doors open. For other services, please stay in line. After the lobby opens, ADA stickers and all other services are available inside.

Nabali ang bukung bukong ko at gagamit na ng knee scooter. Pwede po ba akong kumuha ng ADA sticker para makadalo sa mga programa, at makakaupo po ba ang mga kaibigan ko

You can get an ADA sticker at the Disabled Services desk and seating for your attendant in the ADA line, but the rest of your party will have to wait in the general admission line. The ADA sticker does not guarantee access to programs.


I have a certified emotional support animal to help with my disability and a note from my doctor. Will my animal be allowed to accompany me?

Hindi. Hindi pinapayagan ng Convention Center ang emosyonal na suporta o pag aliw sa mga hayop. Bawal ang mga alagang hayop.

Where do I get a sticker for my trained service dog?

Your service dog, as defined by the ADA, can get a sticker at the Disabled Services desk.

What paperwork do I need to bring if I have a trained service dog?

Maaari kang tanungin kung ano ang tiyak na gawain ang iyong aso ng serbisyo ay sinanay upang matulungan ka.

Sino ang maaaring maging karapat-dapat bilang attendant?

An attendant supports and helps the attendee with activities such as eating, using the bathroom, supervision, communication, or getting from place to place. An attendant is present only to assist the attendee. Please see “Attendants” HERE. 

May free badge po ba ang mga attendants

Can I purchase an attendant badge in advance?

Yes. You can purchase a badge for your attendant in the attendee badge sale. At the convention, take your attendant and their badge to the Disabled Services desk to register your attendant.

Can I purchase an attendant badge at the show?

Yes. You can purchase your attendant’s badge at the Badge Solutions/Sales desk. Your attendant will need a Comic-Con Member ID. Take your attendant and their badge to the Disabled Services desk to register your attendant.

How much does an attendant badge cost?

The same price as an attendee badge.

Yes. Your attendant should go to the Registration Area to either pick up their pre-registered badge at Attendee Badge Pick-Up, or purchase their badge at the Badge Solutions/Sales desk. Then you must accompany your attendant to the Disabled Services desk to register your attendant.

May restrictions po ba kung saan pwedeng pumunta ang attendant ko

Dahil may bayad na badge ang iyong attendant, maaari kang samahan ng iyong attendant at ibahagi sa lahat ng iyong mga karanasan.

Yes. You may request an ASL interpreter for other panel rooms at the Deaf Services desk.

Yes, you are eligible for an ADA sticker.
In large panel rooms, the sound systems are loud enough that sitting closer to the stage is not necessarily louder. In smaller panel rooms, sitting closer to a sound system speaker is a better option.

May closed or open captioning po ba kayo

While we welcome captioning, neither the FCC nor ADA requires us to provide it.

Pwede po ba akong mag request ng volunteer interpreter na tutulong sa akin sa hotel ko o sa malapit na restaurant

Sorry, hindi. Ang aming mga interpreter ay maaari lamang tumulong sa iyo sa Convention Center, o sa mga aktibidad ng WonderCon sa mga puwang ng kaganapan sa hotel.

Ako ay isang bingi guest panelist. Maaari ba akong humiling ng interpreter na tutulong sa akin habang nasa site ako?

Upon request, the staff at the Agency desk will do their best to provide you with interpreters during your panel. Make your request in advance.

May mga ADA lines po ba kayo

For those with mobility issues picking up badges, Disabled Services can send a runner to pick up your pre-registered badge from Attendee Badge Pick-Up. Disabled Services cannot purchase badges for others, so any badge purchases must be done at the Badge Solutions/Sales desk (please see “Can I buy a badge on-site at the show?”). Exhibitors assess their own needs, so ADA/wheelchair access points are at the discretion of the exhibitor. The line itself must be ADA compliant, but not every exhibitor will have a separate ADA line. If you do not see an ADA line, ask the exhibitor’s staff if there is one. Do not start your own line. While not all Program rooms have separate ADA lines, larger Program rooms do have them.

May mga ADA accommodation ba para sa mahabang pila na naghihintay

Sorry, no. Your attendant can hold your place in line, but you must be present to take your place in line when it is your turn to enter.

I cannot stand for long periods, and I do not have an attendant. Can I request someone to stand in line for me?

I am a panelist for WonderCon. Is the location wheelchair accessible?

The Convention Center is wheelchair accessible. If you will be going on stage, make sure your key contact lets Programming know you will need access to the stage and/or if there are any other accessibility issues, so we can make proper arrangements.

What kind of ADA seating accommodations do you have in Program rooms, and how does it work?

Nag aalok kami ng ADA seating accommodation tatlong paraan.

Wheelchair seating is on the end of some aisles, next to a RED-back chair that is reserved for the attendant. The rest of your party must wait in the general admission line. We will do our best to seat parties with children together, but this may increase your wait time in line.

Deaf Seating areas have YELLOW-back chairs in the front of the room. These seating sections are reserved for Deaf attendees and feature ASL interpreters. They are available in the larger rooms.

Ambulatory Seating sections are available in all Program rooms. These seating sections are reserved for people with limited mobility. Ambulatory seating sections have RED-back chairs.

All seating, including reserved ADA seating, is “as seats become available.” All event and Program rooms have limited capacity as set by the fire marshal. Even though your badge is needed to get into all events, it does not guarantee you access to any event if it has reached its capacity. We do not clear rooms between events. Disabled Seating volunteers will let you know when seats become available.

Sorry, we do not have a large-print version, but the Program Book is also available online.

Nagbibigay ka ba ng oxygen sa lugar?

Hindi, hindi tayo makapagbibigay ng oxygen.

Paumanhin, hindi namin maaaring ilagay sa refrigerator ang iyong gamot.

Is there disabled parking near the Anaheim Convention Center, and is it possible to reserve a spot?

The closest disabled parking to Deaf Services, Disabled Services, or Registration is at Car Park 4 (enter from Transit Plaza). All disabled parking is limited and is only available on a first-come, first-served basis, so arrive early. Parking cannot be reserved.

Being dropped off, using rideshare, or taking buses are often better choices for everyone. A rideshare drop-off/pick-up location is available on the south side of the campus at the Transit Plaza location.
