2025 Badge Shipping: Address Updates and Deadlines

Easily update your Comic-Con 2025 badge shipping address in a few simple steps. Follow our instructions before the deadline to receive your badge in time for the convention.

With Comic-Con 2025 fast approaching, it’s important to update your badge shipping address. The deadline to confirm your ‘Primary Shipping Address’ is May 8, 2025. If not saved by that date, prepare to pick up your badge on-site.

Follow the steps below to update or verify your address and ensure your badge arrives before the convention.

To update your badge shipping address, follow these steps:

  1.  Log in to your Comic-Con Member ID account.
  2. Click “My Addresses” from your Account Dashboard.
  3. Click the yellow “Edit” button on the address you would like to make your Shipping Address.
  4. Once you are in edit mode for your address, check the “Primary Shipping Address” box (see orange arrow in image to the right).
  5. Click the yellow “Save” button in the lower right corner.
  6. Your address should now have a gray “Shipping” bubble next to it (see orange star image to the right).

From here you’re good to go!


FAQs




As an International Attendee, will I also receive my badge in the mail?

We regret to inform you that we are unable to ship badges to international or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. International attendees without a US shipping address can pick up their badge on-site when they arrive. Badge pick-up starts on Tuesday, July 22, and continues throughout the convention.

If you’re an international badge holder and want your badge shipped to a US address, simply click “+Add Address” from the “My Addresses” section of your Account Dashboard. Enter your US shipping address details, select the “Primary Shipping Address” checkbox, and click “Save.” This will ensure that your badge is delivered to your US shipping address without any hassle.

Why do I need to make sure my Primary Shipping Address is updated?

In efforts to minimize the occurrence of lost, returned, or undeliverable badges, please take a moment to log in to your Member ID account to designate or update your badge shipping address. Please refer to the instructions and image provided above for a step-by-step guide on how to properly update your Primary Shipping Address.

When do I need to have my Primary Shipping Address updated?

All Comic-Con 2025 attendees that would like to receive their badge in the mail need to have their Primary Shipping Address updated in their Member ID account by May 8, 2025.

How can I get my child a badge in time for it to be shipped out?

Child badges are not registered or shipped in advance. Children aged 12 and under can receive a free child badge when accompanied by a paying adult. Simply visit the Registration area in the Sails Pavilion when you arrive on-site, where up to two children can be registered for free with each paid adult badge. Child badges are available at the Badge Solutions Desk, Attendee Badge Pick-Up, or at your designated industry desk. Child badges are also available at the RFID Help Desks in Lobbies A, D, and G.

Children must be present to be registered for a badge. Please review our Child Badge Policy for more information.

What happens if I miss the May 8 deadline?

If you do not have a designated shipping address saved to your Member ID account by the May 8 deadline, your badge(s) will not be eligible for advance shipping.

If you have an old address saved to your Member ID account as of the May 8 deadline, your badge will be shipped to your old address. We cannot accept address changes for your Comic-Con 2025 badge order after May 8, 2025. Please review our Badge Shipping page for more details. 

If you do not receive your badge in the mail for whatever reason, you can pick up your badge(s) on-site. Badge pick-up starts on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, and continues throughout the duration of the show.

Why isn’t my address updating? Help!

When updating the shipping address on your Member ID account, please ensure that all details have been entered accurately. Take extra care to double-check your street number and zip code, and don’t forget to include your apartment or suite number if applicable.
If you’re still having trouble updating your address, kindly visit “Help & Info” in the blue menu bar of your Member ID account and click “Contact Us” in the dropdown well ahead of the May 8, 2025 deadline to update your Primary Shipping Address.

When will my badge be shipped?

If eligible for advance shipping, you will receive an email once your badge is shipped. At that time, tracking information will be available via the “Shipping” button on your Comic-Con 2025 badge order in your Member ID account. We anticipate that all badges will be sent out 3 – 4 weeks prior to Preview Night, July 23, 2025.

Comic-Con 2025’s Early Bird Hotel Sale

A great perk of the Early Bird Hotel Sale is that every hotel included in the sale is on the complimentary Comic-Con Shuttle route! While these hotels aren’t in the downtown area, they offer a convenient and budget-friendly way to stay near the action, with easy shuttle access to the convention. Booking early also means securing a special rate before the Downtown Hotel Sale or General Housing begins, giving you peace of mind ahead of the rush.

Comic-Con 2025’s Downtown Hotel Sale

All participating hotels in Downtown San Diego are available in our Downtown Hotel Sale. This sale will take place at a scheduled day and time that will be announced soon! All registered badge holders will receive an email from Comic-Con prior to the sale with information about how to participate. To increase the likelihood of receiving our emails please add donotreply@comic-con.org to your safe-senders list. You can also “allowlist” the email or the entire domain name (comic-con.org) to help prevent our messages from going to your spam folder. Since some email providers may still block our emails, be sure to check our Hotels page for updates. We don’t want you to miss out!

To participate in the sale, you’ll enter a virtual waiting room until the reservation request process begins, similar to the process that was followed during the badge sales last fall. Once the process begins, those participants in the waiting room will be given access to a hotel reservation request form in random order. Keep in mind: Anyone entering the waiting room after the reservation request process has begun will be placed at the end of the line.

There will be a sample form with detailed instructions and the full list of hotels on our Hotels page once the date of the sale is announced. To review the full list of hotels now, click the link below. We strongly recommend that you review this list and make note of your desired hotels before the sale! You’ll have 15 minutes to submit your request form.

Unlike the badge sale, the timing of when you complete your request form within the 15-minute window does not affect your submission. As long as it’s submitted before the 15 minutes expire, your request will be reviewed in the order it was received after you gained access to the form.

d4: Tabletop Creative Conference kicks off its first in-person event with an exciting offering of tabletop industry programming. From its creation, d4 is for celebrating the Design, Discuss, Discover and Develop of tabletop games.


Working in collaboration with Comic-Con International® and WonderCon®, a beacon for the popular arts for over 50 years, d4: Tabletop Creative Conference looks to bring creators from across the tabletop gaming community together. This event, part of WonderCon will feature panels with industry experts, game designer playtesting, pitch panels, tabletop actual plays and networking events.


The range of topics includes:

 The creation of play patterns, artwork and graphics that elevate the gaming experience.

Encompassing testing and improvement of games towards publication.

Your WonderCon 2025 Badge is Taking Flight—Here’s What to Know!

WonderCon is almost here, and badges are making their way to you! Shipping in waves, they’ll be arriving soon—here’s what you need to know to stay in the loop.

WonderCon badges are on the move! They’re shipping in waves, so even if you and your crew ordered together, they might arrive separately. Want to know when yours will land? Keep reading!


TRACKING

WonderCon 2025 badges are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations in partnership with the United States Postal Service (USPS). This helps ensure the timely and efficient delivery of the badges to the intended recipients.

For your convenience, you can track the delivery status of your badge in your Comic-Con Member ID account!

To check the status of your badges, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Member ID account.
  2. Look for the blue menu bar at the top of the page, and hover over “Account.”
  3. When a dropdown menu appears, click “My Badges.”
  4. Above your WonderCon 2025 badge order will be a blue Shipping button. Click that blue Shipping button.
  5. A smaller “Shipping Info” window will pop up. Within this window you will find your Shipping Status, Shipping Address, Tracking Number, and Items in Shipment. If you want further information on your tracking, click the Tracking Number and you will be redirected to a USPS page with further up-to-date details.

And that’s all it takes! Follow these steps to keep an eye on your badge’s journey and stay in the know.


SHIPPING

Badges ship in waves, so don’t worry if yours arrives at a different time than your friend’s—even if you ordered together! Keep an eye on your mailbox, and remember, all badges come in a plain, discreet package for security.

All badges are being mailed to the “Primary Shipping Address” that was saved in your Member ID account as of the badge shipping deadline – February 13, 2025. If your shipping address was updated after that date, it will not update your WonderCon 2025 badge shipping label.


BADGE CONFIRMATION

Badge confirmations that contain a barcode will be emailed a week or so before WonderCon 2025. If you are having trouble finding your badge confirmation for WonderCon 2025, follow these steps below to get it resent:

  1.  Log in to your Member ID account.
  2. Click HOME in the menu bar.
  3. Click “My Orders” in the left menu bar (below your personal information).
  4. When your WonderCon 2025 badge information appears, look for a yellow Details button and click on it.
  5. After the new page appears, find the blue “Resend Confirmation” button and click on it.
  6. It will then state “Email will be sent to [your email will be autofilled here]”. From here press the yellow Send button.

At this point you have completed resending yourself a Badge Confirmation Email! If you only receive an order receipt, your badge confirmation is not yet available.

It’s important to have this confirmation, as it will be needed along with a valid photo ID in case your badge is not delivered for any reason. With this confirmation, you will easily be able to pick up a replacement badge on-site.


UNDELIVERED BADGES

Once badges are in transit they can not be reshipped or rerouted to another address. If you have not received your badge in the mail by March 17, 2025, you can report it as undelivered. For detailed information on Badge Shipping instructions, Click Here

If your badge vanishes—whether lost in transit or abducted by aliens—don’t panic! Once you report it as undelivered, we’ll disable it and issue a replacement on-site with the replacement fee waived. Just bring your badge confirmation email and a valid photo ID to Attendee Badge Pick-Up in Hall D. Remember, once a badge is disabled, it cannot be used for entry.

If you forget to report it as undelivered, visit the Badge Solutions Desk in Hall D.


COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS

We can’t wait for you to grab this year’s bag, book, and lanyard! These complimentary items cannot be shipped in advance, but you can pick them up in Hall D of the Anaheim Convention Center when you first arrive.

  • If you received your badge in the mail, look for the purple banner that says “Bags/Books/Lanyards” above one of the Hall D doors, then follow the purple line to receive these items.
  • If your badge wasn’t shipped in advance, you’ll receive these items after you pick up your badge.

CHILD BADGES

Kids 12 and under can join the fun with a complimentary badge! With each purchased adult badge, up to two child badges can be registered for free. Simply stop by the Attendee Badge Pick-Up area or the Badge Solutions Desk located in Hall D to register on-site – just make sure your child is present.For full details, check out our Child Badge Policy page.

A Legendary Cover for WonderCon 2025: Sean Murphy’s Zorro

WonderCon 2025 is bringing adventure to Anaheim with a stunning Program Book cover by acclaimed artist Sean Murphy and colorist Simon Gough! Featuring the legendary Zorro, this year’s cover is a must-see tribute to the masked hero’s timeless legacy.



Sean Murphy

Sean Murphy is a comic book creator known for work on such books as Joe the Barbarian with Grant Morrison, Chrononauts with Mark Millar, American Vampire: Survival of the Fittest and The Wake with Scott Snyder, Tokyo Ghost with Rick Remender, and the miniseries Punk Rock Jesus. In 2024 he successfully licensed Zorro to create a new book titled Zorro: Man of the Dead, which became a big success on Kickstarter as well in stores. He is also the creator of the Murphyverse, a subcontinuity that serves as the setting for stories featuring Batman that is separate from the main DC Universe continuity. These titles include Batman: White Knight and its sequels, Curse of the White Knight and Beyond the White Knight, which Murphy wrote and illustrated. He’s planning more expansions for his Batman titles in the next few years, one which will feature Batman teaming up with Superman, as well as other JLA members.

2025 Will Eisner Spirit of Comics Retailer Award

We love Wednesdays. It’s “New Comics Day,” the day the new comics you have been waiting for are released! It’s a chance to catch up with our favorite stories, and an opportunity to discover new comics, artists, and writers.

When you visit your favorite comic book store, maybe you’ll bump into an old acquaintance at the new comic display or make a new friend discussing the latest issue of an ongoing story.

Do you get your comics pulled ahead of time or do you peruse the comics rack to get your favorites and maybe spot something out of the ordinary? Either way, the comic book store is a place that builds community. The helpful staff can point you to books that suit your tastes and introduce you to a wider variety of stories. You can strike up friendships with the staff and other customers over the heroes and villains that inhabit the comics universe.

Will Eisner, pioneer of the graphic novel art form and creator of The Spirit, believed that comic book stores are a vital link in bringing wonderful stories and exciting artwork to the reading public, and we at San Diego Comic Convention agree with him.

In these challenging days for brick-and-mortar stores, it’s more important than ever to recognize and celebrate the comic book stores that do an outstanding job of supporting the comic art medium both in the industry at large and in their local community with the Will Eisner Spirit of Comics Retailer Award.

Comics fans worldwide can nominate their favorite stores here on the Comic-Con website. The 2025 Spirit of Comics Award will be given out as part of the Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards on Friday evening, July 25, 2025, at Comic-Con in San Diego.

In the past, stores previously awarded the Will Eisner Spirit of Comics Retailer Award were ineligible to win a second time. In 2022, we modified our acceptance criteria for the Spirit of Comics. Now stores that have received the award in the past will be eligible to be nominated again if they meet specific criteria. For a previous recipient to be eligible, either: A) They must be operating under new ownership for at least two years, or B) It has been ten years since the store received the award. It is our hope that these additions to our acceptance criteria will inspire comic stores to continue to improve, evolve, and engage with their communities.  

The deadline for nominations is April 18, 2025. So hurry and nominate your favorite store now!

A co-founder of Milestone Media, which sold over 10 million copies of groundbreaking comic books, Denys Cowan has numerous credits to his name, including Black Racer, Deathstroke, Black Lightning & Hong Kong Phooey, Batman: Lovers & Madmen, Blind Justice, Black Panther: Flags of Our Fathers, The Question, Hardware, and Static. Static became one of the most beloved characters in the Milestone Universe, spawning a hugely successful animated series, Static Shock. Denys directed and produced the series, which was nominated for an Emmy. As senior vice president of animation at BET, Cowan was responsible for the creation, development, and production of animated programming, which included the development and production of the Black Panther animated series. Serving as senior vice president of Motown Animation and Filmworks, he created and developed a number of shows with Fox, ABC, Disney and Nickelodeon. More recently, Denys illustrated the Django Unchained graphic novel, which was inspired by the Oscar-winning film by Quentin Tarantino.


Mitch Gerads is a comics artist who has made a career out of bringing humanity and realism to the superhuman and unreal. Best known for his much-lauded work at DC Comics with writer Tom King on Mister Miracle, Batman, Strange Adventures, and The Sheriff of Babylon, he lives and draws in Phoenix, Arizona, with his Catwoman, Lauren, and his Robin, West.


Derek Kirk Kim is an award-winning writer, artist, and director. He is the creator of The Last Mermaid from Image Comics and the Eisner, Harvey, and Ignatz Award–winning graphic novel Same Difference and Other Stories. He garnered his second Eisner Award with The Eternal Smile, a collaboration with Gene Luen Yang. In television, Kim has worked as a director, storyboard artist, and character designer for numerous shows, including Amphibia, Adventure Time, and Green Eggs and Ham on Netflix. He eats chips with chopsticks.

Nicholas Meyer’s Sherlock Holmes novel The Seven-Per-Cent Solution was a New York Times bestseller for 40 weeks and won the British Gold Dagger award for crime fiction. His screenplay for the film was nominated for an Academy Award. Six other Sherlock Holmes novels followed. Meyer made his directing debut from his own screenplay, Time After Time (1979). He wrote and/or directed Star Treks II, IV, and VI and directed The Day After (1983), the most-watched movie ever made for television, with 100 million viewers in a single night. His memoir, The View from the Bridge: Memories of Star Trek and a Life in Hollywood, was published by Viking in 2009. His miniseries Houdini (2014) was based on the Houdini biography written by his father, Bernard C. Meyer. His seventh Holmes novel, Sherlock Holmes and The Real Thing, will be published this summer by the Mysterious Press.


Neville Page is an Emmy Award–winning designer, concept artist, and educator whose work has shaped some of Hollywood’s most iconic films, including Avatar, Star Trek, Tron: Legacy, and Cloverfield. Originally from England, he studied at the Art Center College of Design before forging a career that blends artistry with evolutionary biology. A former judge on Face Off, his expertise extends to education, inspiring the next generation at Gnomon and ArtCenter. His exhibitions, including The Beauty in the Beast, highlight his passion for creature design. With innovation at his core, Page continues to push the boundaries of film, design, and storytelling.

Want Your Badge Shipped? Update Your Address Now!

WonderCon® 2025 is on the horizon! Get the scoop on badge shipping and address verification so you’re all set for a smooth and stress-free adventure.

WonderCon 2025 is almost here—why spend time picking up your badge when it can come straight to you? Make sure your shipping address is up to date so you can head right into the fun on day one!

Secure Your Badge Delivery—Update Your Address!

If you purchase a WonderCon 2025 badge by February 13, 2025, you’re in luck—your badge qualifies for advance shipping! To have it mailed to you, be sure to set a domestic address as your ‘Primary Shipping Address’ in your Comic-Con Member ID account before the deadline.

Badges will start shipping three weeks before WonderCon kicks off on March 28, 2025. You will be notified once badges begin shipping, and tracking will be available in your Member ID account!

International Attendees

Badges cannot be shipped internationally, but don’t worry—you can easily pick up your badge on-site! Alternatively, you can have your badge shipped to a US address you trust. Find the instructions below.


How To Update Your Shipping Address

Start by logging in to your Member ID account and go to the “My Addresses” section of your Account Dashboard. Once there, follow these instructions to update your shipping address.

To Make an Existing Address Your Primary Shipping Address:

Click the yellow “edit” button. At the bottom of the Edit Address page, check the Primary Shipping Address box. Press Save. If you see a gray Shipping bubble below the address, you have successfully updated your shipping address!


To Set a New Address as Your Primary Shipping Address:

Click the yellow +Add Address button. Enter your desired shipping address. Check the Primary Shipping Address box at the bottom. Press Save. If you see a gray Shipping bubble below the address, you have successfully updated your shipping address!

Extra Info to Keep in Mind for Shipping

Head over to our Badge Shipping page for any additional questions not covered here.

  • Only one address can be saved as your Primary Shipping Address. If you select a new address as your Primary Shipping Address, the gray Shipping bubble will be removed from the address that was previously marked as your Primary Shipping Address.
  • The Address Type dropdown is reference only and doesn’t affect where your badge is shipped. You can save multiple addresses with the ‘Shipping’ type, but badges will only be sent to your Primary Shipping Address.
  • Attendee badges are shipped directly to the badge holder. If you purchased a badge for someone else, remind them to update their Primary Shipping Address as well!

Purchase your WonderCon® badge by February 13 to qualify for advance shipping! Your badge will arrive before the convention, so you can focus on enjoying the fun without any last-minute stress.

Grab your badge by February 13, 2025, to have your badge in hand when you join us for an incredible weekend of popular arts excitement in Anaheim!

Badge Shipping Deadline

Don’t miss out! The deadline to qualify for advance shipping is quickly approaching. Order your badge by February 13, 2025, and it can be shipped straight to your door. After this date, badges will need to be picked up on-site. Be sure to purchase your badge early so that when the first day of WonderCon arrives, all you have to do is walk in and start your adventure!


Badge Shipping Details

Badges will be shipped directly to all attendees, professionals, and press members who have a domestic ‘Primary Shipping Address’ saved in their Comic-Con Member ID account by the February 13 deadline.

PLEASE NOTE : If you’re a professional guest, your badge will be sent with the registered professional’s badge to the professional. Guests should coordinate with the professional who registered them as a guest to arrange the receipt of their badge; guest badges cannot be held at the Professionals Desk.


Updating Your Shipping Address: How To

To update your badge shipping address, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your Member ID account.
  2. Navigate to “My Addresses” on your Account Dashboard.
  3. Click the yellow “Edit” button for the desired address.
  4. In edit mode, check the “Primary Shipping Address” box.
  5. Save your changes by clicking the yellow “Save” button.
  6. Look for the gray “Shipping” bubble next to your address – your update is complete!

International Attendees

We are unable to ship badges outside the United States or to international APO/FPO/DPO addresses. International badge holders can pick up their badge on-site starting Thursday, March 27. However, if you prefer delivery to a US address, click “+Add Address” in the “My Addresses” section, set it as your “Primary Shipping Address,” and click “Save.”


Refunding Your Badge

The refund deadline for WonderCon 2025 badges is also February 13, 2025. For badge refunds, take note of the following:

Self-refunds: If you want to refund your entire badge order, you can do so via your Member ID account.

Refund request form: If you want to refund a portion of your badge order, please submit a request to let us know which day(s) you’d like refunded.

For Early Bird 3-Day badge holders: There are No partial refunds for Early Bird purchases. If you no longer wish to attend all three days, refund your entire 3-Day badge purchase (less the 10% processing fee), then explore single-day options at our standard rate while inventory lasts.
